Still wearing a tag from a breeders' auction, this standard poodle was one of the first 14 dogs surrendered to LifeLine Animal Project from a rural Georgia puppy mill. Jackson County Puppy Mill Dogs Ready for Adoption!

In February 2008, animal control authorities in Jackson County, Georgia seized 300 neglected dogs from a breeding facility. Atlanta area groups and shelters rallied to the rescue. Now these dogs are ready to be placed in loving, adoptive homes!
